I want to make a custom order, how do I do that?

When placing your order for any of our jewelry, you will be asked to fill a form where the details about the jewelry you want will be captured. Ensure to fill in the right details like names, logos, pendant type, length etc as requested.

How long does it take before i get the order?

Standard processing time plus shipping is 21 days. Your customized jewelry will be delivered to your doorstep.

Can you engrave a logo or artwork?

We can engrave almost any artwork. However, we cannot engrave photographs. Please contact us and we can review artwork and provide you with a proposal.

How do I enter engraving details for multiple orders of the same item with different engraving details?

The best way to add engraving details for multiple orders of the same item is to do it one by one by adding to the cart each order after adding engraving details.

How is the engraving formatted?

Engraving will be centered horizontally and vertically, and the font size will be adjusted to the largest available font size to fill as much space as possible. If you have a custom request please enter your request in the order comments when you complete your order. We can accommodate most special requests concerning engraving placement and format.

Can you engrave a different font that you don’t have listed?

We can engrave a different font as long as you can provide the font to us. There may be a custom artwork fee applied to this request.

Can you engrave more characters or more lines than listed?

We may be able to accommodate your request, but you will have to contact us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Can you engrave special characters or symbols?

We can engrave most special characters or symbols, depending on the limitations of specific font styles.

Can you overnight my order?

We can usually accommodate rush requests, but please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What kind of engraving machine do you use?

We use the most advanced and sophisticated Laser and rotary engraving machines available in the world. Our machines were built and assembled in the United States by skilled American workers, and it provides results that are superior to our competitors.

Do you offer discounts for multiple items?

If you are ordering a large quantity of the same exact item we may be able to offer a bulk discount. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

I have not received an email confirmation, what should I do?

Confirmation is emailed as soon as an order is placed, be sure to check your junk or spam inbox as they can sneak into the wrong inbox. Otherwise please contact our fantastic customer care team on our Contact Us page with your delivery address and they will be sure to locate your order.

How do I send an item as a gift?

It can be difficult seeing friends and family during this time so send the gift directly to them. You can add their delivery address and tick a box to confirm this is a gift to ensure the prices will be removed from the order form. A gift message can also be entered which will be printed onto the order form. Your gift will be beautifully wrapped and well packaged upon arrival.

My order has arrived wrong, what should I do?

All our beautiful items are created by our skilled team of makers and engravers, though human error can happen from time to time. Contact our customer team with an image of the error along with an image of the quality assurance sticker and they will have this resolved for you.

My item has tarnished, what should I do?

Some of our items are made from plated metal so we include the care card to detail how to look after your personalised jewellery. As advised it can tarnish over time and more so if your item has come into contact with water however if your item is under 3 months old, contact us with an image and we will help in having this resolved.

My order is wrong, what can I do?

Once your order has been placed, we are simply unable to amend or cancel. Because of this, we do our best to eliminate any mistakes before the order is placed by asking you to review and tick the box to confirm all the personalisation and delivery address is correct.
